Honorable mentions (and Sunbelt T-shirts) go to The Family Tree Garden Center in Snellville, Georgia, and Collier’s Nursery in Birmingham. Those IGC’s also created beautiful displays. Many thanks go to all who participated!

Elizabeth at The Family Tree Garden Center was kind enough to provide us with photographic evidence that good endcap displays will move product! Check it out:

V-news: Plants for warm weather

Check out our latest V-news with Rovin' Roland, who presents some great warm-weather plants from Sunbelt like Kalanchoe, Hibiscus Luna and Grasses. Also featured are Gerbera bowls and Caladiums in hanging baskets!

This is the last reminder for our Celosia Intenz Endcap Challenge. Please submit your photos by 5 pm on May 16. We'll announce the winner of a $100 invoice credit on Friday, May 17.

Memorial Day weekend is just around the corner -- enjoy the extended season and stock up now for your bench and endcap displays!

V-news: Summer IS coming, right?

It's been a crazy spring weather-wise, but summer will be here soon! To help you select inventory for warmer weather, just take a peek at Rovin' Roland in Sunbelt's very first attempt at V-news!

It's been a crazy spring weather-wise, but summer will be here soon! To help you select inventory for warmer weather, just take a peek at Rovin' Roland in Sunbelt's very first attempt at V-news. We definitely want your feedback about this method of sharing, particularly if you find it helpful. The video is very casual with lots of noise in the background (we had to work around the folks pulling orders today) but if you like it, we'll create more. If you REALLY like it and let us know, we'll add some outtakes to the next video. ;)

A few weeks ago we gave you a little background on one of our drivers, Jerry Flynn. This week we'd like to share a little about Donnie Harper, a familiar face for many Sunbelt customers. Donnie has worked for Sunbelt Greenhouses since 1989, with the past 15 years being spent behind the wheel. He "retired" in 2011 for about a year, but he was missed so badly that Sunbelt put him back to work! Donnie has also devoted many hours to being the "head cook and chief bar-b-quer" for Sunbelt shindigs. When asked what he liked best about his driving career, Donnie replied, "I like seeing something different every day – new faces, new places, and new flowers." Be sure to say hello next time Donnie delivers to your garden center.
